We use a government-approved electronic identity verification service from Landmark to ensure compliance, accuracy, and security. This is approved by the Government as part of the Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (DIATF).
By proceeding, the client agrees to pay the £50+VAT fee (£60 including VAT) for the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, which is required to ensure compliance with HMRC’s regulations and to enable the marketing of the property. Please note that the fee is per property and is not per person. The fee is non- refundable.
