EPC

By law, seller(s) and landlords are required to have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in place for selling or renting a property. To arrange this, we will organise for one of our Domestic Energy Assessors to visit your property and produce an up-to-date EPC, which will be valid for 10 years.
