Buyers Protection Policy

A policy that enables our sellers to safeguard their finances if their sale does not proceed to the exchange of contracts.

We offer buyers the option to protect themselves by purchasing a Seller’s Protection Policy, which includes up to £1,500 including VAT in cover that may be claimed if the purchase does not proceed to exchange of contracts.

Cost: A one-off fee of £150 including VAT:
